Entre ellas, figuras como Miley Cyrus, SZA, Taylor Swift y Billie Eilish se destacaron en el escenario, mientras que el talento latino también brilló con artistas como Karol G de Colombia, Peso Pluma de México y Rubén Blades de Panamá recibiendo reconocimientos.
Esta noche histórica estuvo marcada por el empoderamiento femenino, ya que la mayoría de las ganadoras en las categorías principales fueron mujeres. Además, Dua Lipa cautivó al público con su actuación de apertura.
En un momento destacado de la noche, Miley Cyrus presentó por primera vez su sencillo «Flowers» en televisión, lo que le valió su primer Grammy por «Mejor interpretación pop solista», seguido de su éxito en la categoría «Grabación del año».
Asimismo, Taylor Swift destacó como la figura principal de la velada puesto que logró un hito al ganar por cuarta vez el premio al Álbum del Año con su álbum Midnights.
